For perimenopause · Works with Apple Watch

You’re not imagining it.

The 3 a.m. wake-ups. The racing heart. The night that left you flat. Your Apple Watch has been quietly recording it all — Perigee reads it back to you each morning, in plain words, about perimenopause.

Tuesday, July 7 Solid baseline · 21 nights
Gentle day

Your night ran a little warm, and your HRV dipped below your usual range. Together with the broken sleep you logged, today reads like a day to keep the schedule soft. One rough night is a data point, not a verdict.

Every morning, a few honest sentences

Tuesday, July 7 Solid baseline · 21 nights
Gentle day

Your night ran a little warm, and your HRV dipped below your usual range. Together with the broken sleep you logged, today reads like a day to keep the schedule soft. One rough night is a data point, not a verdict.

Built from your numbers. Never invented. When the data’s thin, Perigee says so.

Different by design

Honest confidence

Every reading carries a confidence badge. Not enough data yet? Perigee says ‘Building your baseline — 4 more nights’ instead of guessing.

Your baseline, not averages

A ‘normal’ HRV means nothing. Perigee reads your nights against your own last weeks — not a chart built on somebody else.

Private by design

Your numbers are computed on your iPhone. Cloud AI is optional and anonymous. Nothing is stored, trained on, or sold.

Questions, answered

Do I need an Apple Watch?

Yes — Perigee reads the overnight data your watch records. Any Apple Watch that tracks sleep works; wrist temperature needs Series 8 or later.

Is Perigee a medical device?

No. Perigee is a wellness companion. It doesn’t diagnose or treat anything — it organizes your own data so you and your clinician can interpret it together.

Where does my health data go?

Your numbers are computed on your iPhone. If you opt in, a short anonymous summary is sent to generate your briefing — encrypted, used once, never stored, never used for training. You can stay fully on-device.

What does it cost?

The signals, logging and Watch complication are free forever, plus 3 AI briefings a month. Perigee Plus is $6.99/month or $49.99/year with a 7-day free trial.

I’m on HRT — does Perigee still work?

Yes. Keep a two-tap HRT log and see your signals alongside it over time. Perigee never suggests changes — that conversation belongs with your clinician.

How is this different from Whoop or Oura?

Recovery wearables speak in strain and readiness scores built for athletes. Perigee reads the watch you already own, in the language of perimenopause, against your own baseline.

Your watch already knows. Let it speak.
